Our learning program for English focuses on developing our students into successful learners with literacy skills to help them achieve success in all learning areas. Students will be taught an explicit writing process that will support all forms of writing and they will be equipped with clear reading comprehension strategies to enhance their understanding of a range of texts.

CONNECT
CONNECT engages students in an integrated English and Humanities program that focuses on developing the skills and knowledge to actively contribute to society, including speaking and listening, reading and viewing, and writing.
Research demonstrates that students create more real-world connections in an integrated classroom, as they become more actively engaged in their learning.
