School Wide Positive Behaviour Support

School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) is a framework that brings our school community together to develop a positive, safe and supportive learning culture. SWPBS is an evidence based framework which is used in schools worldwide. When implemented well, teachers and students have more time to focus on relationships and classroom instruction.

Students and staff benefit from:

  • To deliver a dynamic and challenging curriculum to all students.
  • To recognise and cater for student differences and interests.
  • To give students the scientific knowledge and skills of clear thinking and inquiry required to help them become informed and productive members of our technological society.

We want our students to achieve success

At our school, we want our students to achieve success in all areas of school life and to be respectful, responsible young people who value the opportunities offered at our school.

We encourage and reward the positive behaviour of our students. Students are acknowledged for their efforts, attitudes and achievements, as both learners and citizens.
